The Speed of Light, Part 2

There is a relationship between the physical universe and the spiritual universe. Both have scale models. Meaning, for one spirit, each of the two universes operate from a base of near zero to near infinity.
In the spiritual realm one is composed of love, attention and understanding. These are not all the same but operate such that increasing or decreasing one increases or decreases the others. If you want to love something, put your full attention on it. You will also understand it better. Our spritual quest at present is to recover dispersed attention, thereby increasing our love and understanding.
In the physical universe the three items appear to be space, time and movement. Increase or decrease one and the other two follow. When we entered this place we were moving very fast. Faster than the speed of light, which meant by the above we were capable of all space and all time. We were above the game. At some point we slowed, for whatever reason. Then kept slowing till we are capable of a tiny fraction of that speed. Now our time and space is likewise ordained. They contol us instead of our controlling them. To do better physically we simply increase our speed. This is why business pushes doing things fast. One has more physical control over time. It is not a natrual iitem that things work this way. It is the way this universe works. Nor it is it necessarily spiritual. But in this universe it can come in handy because the games are bound together. The more toward the zero end on the scale one is spritiually the more toward the zero end one will be physically, with regard to speed, space and time.
So we are in a rather confusing place where doing something fast can be useful spiritually, if one intends it to. But only if one intends it to. Without a spritual viewpoint it won't do a thing except win you physical control of your space.
None of this means the physical universe is really important, or that one has to play by any rules to grow spiritually. It just has a model that one can see and since spritual growth IS understanding, all understanding can be useful.
And of course this is all my opinon and worth what you paid for it.

Can I request a “physical example”? ‘Cause I’m possibly quite lost… maybe not… but probably.
Chariots of Fire. If you have not seen it, it is quite wonderful. For one runner his speed was a spiritual experience, for another it was not’. Their intention was the reason. Speed made them both successful in this universe, but only one understood.
Another name for speed could be communication. How much of this universe can you cover how fast? The simple act of coverage wins to some extent. Add understanding and one is in the spiritual realm.
This is pretty esoteric stuff and maybe not very useful. Just something I had not seen that may be there.
I get caught andlost in my own definition here, ‘cause I think of speed as creating lack of focus… but you’re talking about heightened focus and broadened perspective as the definition. Am I getting closer?
and isn’t speed a time thing, where as time is really irrelevant anyhow? ok…a quick edit here. i now, after rereading Kevinos original blog itself, understand that you’re using speed as something other than the way i had originally thought. my bad.
I’m not doing a very good job explaining this. Maybe I don’t understand it myself!
I had thought that there was little relationship between the physical universe and the spiritual universe. But it appears they have not only similarites in structure, but connection. As one drifts down the spiritual ladder from love to conversion, one’s physical speed slows. One’s viewpoint becomes smaller. I can’t say this in every case but it seems true so far. One can improve one’s position in the physical universe simply by moving faster. One is covering more space. This seems to mean something here. And if one understands spiritually this speed it may have a spiritual side to it. Now, coverage spiritually does not necessarily mean running around. It may mean seeing more, knowing more, but even physically. Knowledge of the physical plane has value. That I had not appreciated.
I am seeing THIS totally… after such a long time with the worlds being separate (and an obvious preference of my own), I’m perceiving their interrealationship and how phenomenal the spiritual gets when interwoven with the physical : )
you have no idea how this means so much with me right now, even here this morn, Kevino. in my commute here this early morn, i had so much flooding my deepest withins, & it has everything to do with exactly what you are highlighting here in. i get it now. when you lastly stated that knowledge has no value on a physical plain….it was the light bulb turning on here. The physical seems to only BE able to operate at a much slower pace (speed) than that of the spirit. it is only when we let go of that physical, tangeble, that we are swept away in this super,incredible speed of light itself thru our spirits into an expeansion BEyond our own capacities. i want to BElieve that this is how those such as Einsteen were blessed with what flowed thru them, to BE allowed to transfer that which was needed of this physical at a specific point (in time, perhaps).
